Velvet Reverie operates with an affiliate-based structure, meaning commissions are earned on qualifying purchases.
- If an order is returned and refunded, the associated commission will be reversed
- If a customer chooses store credit instead of a refund, the commission remains with the affiliate

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

If you need a different item:

- Wait for your refund to process
- Place a new order for the correct item
πΈ Damaged Orders
All damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, weβll begin a loss/damage review and send a replacement once approved.

- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box (with visible damage)
- All original packaging
β οΈ Do not discard packaging. You may be asked to bring the full package to your local post office for inspection. Failure to do so may void your claim.

If a package is refused and returned:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted
- A 25% restocking fee will apply
We also reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping fees incurred due to refused or unauthorized returns.

Wax-based items are sensitive to temperature.
By ordering these products, you accept the risk of potential melting or damage during transit.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for weather-related damage.
To reduce risk:
- Ensure someone is available to receive your package
- Allow items to return to room temperature before opening in colder conditions
