🕰️ Processing & Delivery Times
Orders typically ship within 5 to 21 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please allow up to 5 business days for payment processing before your order begins its journey.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
If your order has already shipped and you need to cancel, you may refuse the package upon delivery. Once it returns to us, we’ll issue a refund for the merchandise (shipping and return fees will still apply).
🚚 Shipping Method & Fees
We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, using current USPS rates.
If an address change is requested after shipment, a $21.00 per box fee will apply.
💸 Sales Tax
Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to applicable state sales tax.
Customers outside of North Carolina are responsible for any taxes required by their local state or jurisdiction.
